Board openings and election information.
The 2026 election cycle has concluded. However, due to last-minute resignations, three seats are currently open on the board. Those openings are University Heights renter, Hillcrest renter, and Hillcrest homeowner. This page is dedicated to that opportunity so the information is easy to find and easy to share.

Neighborhood representation
How the board is structured.
Each of the six neighborhoods has two seats elected by the residents of that neighborhood. One seat is for a property owner and the other for a renter. Local nonprofits and businesses serve the community at large. Six member seats, or one-third, are up for election each year for three-year terms.
